 2hp looks to keep your modules plucking, verbing, and patching away, and our repair warranty protects your modules from pushing up daisies. This warranty excludes any user occurred damage, such as physical damage, power related damage, water damage, and similar issues, and is entirely subject to 2hp’s discretion.

30 Day Policy

Patching your new 2hp module and notice that something is not quite right? Was your module damaged in transit? For the first 30 days of your new 2hp module ownership, 2hp guarantees a physically and internally issue free module. If you need your module to be checked or repaired, send us a technical support inquiry, and we will take care of the rest. Shipping? Covered. Repairs? On us. And, if necessary, we will replace your module with a brand new, tested unit.

After 30 Days

Have you owned your 2hp module for longer than 30 days, or 3 years. No worries, you are still covered under our lifetime repair warranty. The only requirement for you is to cover the shipping cost.

How Does It Work?

Start by making sure the issue is originating at your 2hp module. Check your power supply, external devices, additional modules, patch cables, etc. to rule out all possibilities. Once you have determined your module is experiencing an issue, you can place a technical support inquiry below. Please include proof of purchase in the email thread:

Inquiries are typically responded to within 24 hours, with exceptions for the weekend. Repair lead times average to about 2 weeks once the module arrives in our shop. Lead times are contingent on the complexity of the repair, and fluctuate thusly. If we cannot repair your module, it will be replaced with a brand new unit, regardless of your warranty status. We will not replace modules that have experienced user damage, as mentioned above, and 2hp reserves the right to subject all potential replacements to their own discretion.
